So it's official. Jake is the new bachelor. What a disappointment! Can you believe that ABC is actually using "On the wings of love" as their catchphrase for this season like they used "An officer and a gentleman" for the Andy Baldwin season?Even though I don't like it, come January 4th, I will be tuned in with the rest of you to watch the train wrecks and drama. The one silver lining is that my mom will be thrilled--she loved Jake!
What do you all think? Are you excited for Jake to be the new bachelor?

I know he's a big cheeseball and he would probably bug me if I were dating him BUT I can't help but like Jake. I'll be watching. Thanks for informing me of the important news. I've been wondering!
I think I might puke! Jake bugged me so, so much! However, he may just be cheesey enough to find his true love on this show! I will be watching...
I am glad I have you to keep me posted. Hopefully I wont get started. (but he is good looking and it will be interesting to see what kind of girls he goes for) ... will the show clean up the morals for him or is he not what I think? Could be interesting.

True Jake was pretty cheesy, but you know Nic and I will be watching. They could have a least done a "Top Gun theme"!

I found your blog during the last season of the Bachelor. Your weekly reviews killed me. They were always fun to read and right on the money!
Jake bugs me so bad but I can't wait to watch all the D R A M A unfold. I hope you will be critiquing this season as well.
My BFF met Kipton in Vegas and she said he was a total babe and smelled sooo good - I wish he was on instead. So I'm kinda bummed.
And despite her sassy comment, I'm sure your sister will be watching too...
There are pros and cons to Jake being the bachelor. We might see a different side or other qualities to him. I just hope he is not weepy like Jason was. I like a guy with feelings, but it becomes a bit much.
