I Know This Much is True

I had the privelege of having three of my all-time favorite bloggers Kelly, Mandee and my sister Ashley over to my house for lunch today. I feel like I'm name-dropping here because Kelly and Mandee are like Oprah and Gail of the blogging world.

We ordered lunch from Hagermann's and let the kids run wild in the backyard. If you haven't eaten at Hagermann's you haven't lived.

I have a testimony of their turkey pomodoro sandwich with a cup of tomato bisque soup, a fountain diet coke and to top it off, a large sugar cookie with almond frosting. I am kicking myself for not taking pictures. After everyone left, I'm ashamed to say I stood in my kitchen and ate the remaining sugar cookie and two chocolate chip cookies--thanks a lot Mandee for not taking them home. I love my friends, I love good eats and I know Hagermann's is true.

Amen.

I can't stop thinking about our lunch today... it was so good. Thanks for introducing me to delicious.

And yes, Kelly is Oprah, but I am so not even close to Gail. I am more like... I don't know... the girl who talks with a mouth full of food and has naughty kids that don't wear shoes to your house.

Anyway... let's do it again, real soon! And thanks for being such a great hostess! AND, it was fun to finally meet Ashley!

It was delicious and so choice! Thanks for arranging and hosting. Those were probably the most beautiful sugar cookies I've ever eaten. Kelly and Mandee are totally Oprah and Gail. I'm Jeraldo.

Ashley--you totally don't know your trashy tv. Geraldo is spelled with a G.

Ashley, I am dying. You are so hilarious!

I have planted a seed of faith in Haggermans and that I will water when I go to Utah this summer. I have hope that my seed will yield great fruit.
